I know it's not allowed to talk about cancelling a trial because that's naughty but I guess talking about cancelling a membership after being a member for a year should be ok so..............

can you still do this online or do you need to phone someone? If you need to ring a number is it a human or machine?

LOL, well i have been with them for ages now, haven't paid but still been with them ages, Well i got the online cancel version the other day then i pressed reactivate by accident then had to phone up to cancel. But now back with them for another 3 months, But they are a GREAT service

My initial three-month trial had finished a couple of weeks ago so the account was already cancelled. Good timing from the Detox !

Hiya - I kept this service from my initial free trial and I love it but how do I use this code? Do I have to phone up and cancel the account and then start it again? And if so do I have to work my list up again?

As you are with the service and paying for it, guess it's ok to cancel when ever you want, just phione them up by pressing cancel my account on your lovefilm account, and ask to cancel your membership, then send DVD's back you have outstanding, then your account will show CLOSED or something, then click REACTIVATE and it will say Promotinal Code...

enter the code above, and it will ask to choose a package, go for £14.99 i think the combi one is, Then it will say 90 Days till payment


And DONE !!
