Really? On my account, it says, when you change packeages, your free trial ends, and you get charged instantly....

I think it only applies for the 3 weeks free trail. But I think it should not be a problem when you reactivate your account with this code. You should be able change your package when you are on the free three month package when you feel like.

Cheers Ammoh. OK, my account runs to the 28th, I have a final film coming through tomorrow. Could I cancel my account tonight, send the film back tomorrow after I've watched it and then reactivate, perhaps even tonight?

Right I have just cancelled this minute, the lady on the other end offered me 3 months for the price of 1, I was tempted in case this doesn't work for me, but I thought I'd give it a try anyway. Fingers crossed!

Ok just back from hols and this was first on my to do list. I've entered the code and selected the package and it says 90 days free. However on the next page it says this :

They're charging me £20 for something I 'owe' them? Surely if I owed them it they would have taken it from my card before me reactivating? Te only thing I can think of is a while back my dad post 2 dvds so we had to pay £20 each for them. I'm pretty sure we've had that money taken so why are they just saying that we owe them it?

Can anyone tell me the process of how to do this? Once I pushed reactivate and it didn't give me any code inputting options it just went straight to the page that told me I will be charged right away. Ended up having to phone them and make sure they didn't charge me.

So, how exactly do I reactivate my account for free, and is it possible to change packages whilst doing so. Can it be done by phone?

I just signed in with my usual details, then there was a box and in it there was a sentence advertising reactivating. I clicked the link and there was a box for promotional codes in the new page.
