Britain are doing well this time but its on track and field that they will struggle with although we always used to do well there. I just hope britain havent peaked too early as now expectations will be sky high for the 2012 Olympics.

| Re: third in the medal's table :)the thing is for 2012, we need more school's to be pushing sports now, and school's are not doing that. Though if under aged drinking was an Olympic sport then we would be guaranteed a gold medal

| Re: third in the medal's table :)Last time we finished 10th with 9 golds, 9 silver and 12 bronze, totaling 30 medals so its a huge achievement this time and is certainly nice to not be hearing how terrible we have done.

| Re: third in the medal's table :)Quite surprising actually to hear that we're doing well at sport. Very nearly caught up by Russia though, and they're good at the old athletics! Ah well.. Probably beaten Australia which was the aim wasn't it? That's what I read on an interview with some high-up sports person. |

Tom Daley is in the Semi Final of the diving and hopefully Price can get gold in the boxing! ...and hopefully it'll be even better in London 2012!  Watched the BMX last night... was expecting GB to win the womans (can't remember her name lol) but she fell at the last corner in the final... was really hoping she would win! It's soo late... Final of the football is on! |
