Not rewarded for Greens

Hello there,
I'm left with no other option but to report this.

Over a month or so ago, I got a couple of my mates to sign-up through me, complete an offer and get me a green.
So they did sign-up through me, as it shows in my refs, they completed the bookmakers offers.
However, even after depositing the required amount, betting it and showing me their screenshots of their bets - I wasn't rewarded for either of them.

I tried emailing Rob, who I had a good relationship up until now (mainly because I can't get hold of them), but I've emailed him so many times and no reply.

Unless he replies here, I have proof of emailing him many times now with no greens awarded.
A very disappointed Incentives4u.co.uk member.

Regards,
Kevin.

Unlucky there mate. Recommend that you stick to Freebie Jeebies and/or Kudos as they are trusted. You could go to the trade thread and get £10 for going green on each FreebieJeebies/Kudos site.

I highly doubt that he's diddling you. It's more likely that he's just not been online recently to update credits, as I4U does not use an autocrediting script like FJ etc.

How long have you been awaiting a reply?

In which case you should probably try to find a different email address in case he no longer checks the mailbox you're emailing to.

Remember his site isn't that popular so it's very likely that he doesn't check things like support and credits as much as he did when the site first came out.

I've emailed two different addresses but I'll try again.

I'm sure he noticed the pay from the affiliate account though

Not sure which affiliate networks he uses but it can easily take more than 2 months for money to come through.

I've spoken to the guy on plenty of occasions and he doesn't seem like the kind of guy who'd nick your money. He's probably just oblivious!

Yep, Rob's a really trustworthy guy and would never do something like that, more likely he's just been busy or wrong email like charlie said

Sorry this is not a personal dig at you btw but this really gets under my skin as every network has some teething issues and if we simply encourage people to move away from the unsupported networks if theres a small problem how will they ever get supported status?

Not personal again, just a generic comment^^

The networks who seem to get Supported status are the ones who post regular and offer great support to members both on and off exceem.
If he really wants support status then coming on here regular telling folk about new offers & gifts which have been added then more and more people would try his sites out, which in turn would improve his status as people post in the "I got my free item" section from his site.

Just seems some people start these sites but then real life events seem to take over and things drop off.

As for trust Non of us would have said Tab would burn and run but we all know that story.

I agree... we should be giving these sites encouragement and support rather than just having the 'should have gone to Specsavers' mentality.

The supported status means very little tbh, I have said many times before we need some sort of a grading system rather than just black and white, 2 supported sites have gone to the wall in the worst way possible.

Why should we be encouraging them? They are ones making the real money if they want to be successful THEY need to encourage US.

I agree there, but when we don't even try these sites because we are fj/kudos fanboys/girls and actively tell people not to use them but to only use supported sites (for what that is worth).

How many of us feel guilty for actively promoting Giveaway/RI over and above all others before Kudos/FJ arrived on the scene.

I don't feel guilty as at the time non of us knew how **** they would turn out, and at the time it was all good.

My point being if these unsupported networks want more customers they need to raise the bar and make an effort, like all business's you need to advertise and promote to get the customers coming.

I haven't seen any posts from any of the Non supported networks saying they have added the new iphone 4 or added any new offers that may attract more sign ups, So why would anyone join them if they are not actively helping themselves?

I agree with you 100%, but as has been said previously by other networks, it is a very Exceemcentric.

Its a chicken and egg situation, the bar is set so very very high along with our expectations.

I wouldnt say exceem is make or break for networks, but given the user base all geared towards freebies, exceem does and will give any new sites a boosting start as we will see in the future.

But for the networks to become big they need a platform (exceem) with which people will promote them via the I got me free item posts etc, The networks also need to show they are supporting the members.

There are networks in the not yet supported section which I would remove to the non supported section and then remove the said networks forum sections as they don't deserve a place, It just attracts people complaining which in return fuels people even more not to bother with them.
