| iPod Nano 1GB | TradeHi Steve I am hoping you may be able to help me? I did a trade with someone and they signed up to my Easy Freebie site they said they completed the trade and as it hadn't gone green would get in touch via a support ticket, which they did and apparently this was the responce they got "Not very happy with easy freebie!! They said that they cant do anything - even though I did the offer and spent all the money! " Why would someone not be credited if they did complete the offer for me? I have pm'd the person back to get the details and they haven't come back to me My id is Easy Freebie - Wii (user id is 14) Can you help in any way? Last edited by Jon; 16-03-08 at 09:19 AM.. ![]() | Re: TradeYou should have posted this as a support ticket on Easy Freebie but regardless I will assist you. The user you are referring to did not complete the offer as required. It was required for them to deposit £10 and then bet £10, unfortunately they only bet £5, and therefore Easy Freebie receives no commission for this completion. If the user is refusing to complete an offer for you the best I can do to help (if it helps at all) is put said user on hold for violating a trade agreement. Apologies, Steve |

I am sorry for not raising a support ticket but I thought that as I didn't do the offer and didn't know which one he had done I wouldn't be able to ask. I have asked him what he is going to do about it and I'll await his reply. |
