![]() | SupportJust to let everyone know that although support has been a tad slow in the last week (freshers week) I am getting back on top of it despite complete laptop failure as it won't even connect to the internet in halls anymore. Forunately I do have a 24hr open access lab ready for use (like I am in now) whenever I like and its 2 mins walk away from the flat. I am also working on fixing my laptop which will bring everything back up to full speed. Just waiting for amazon to get a 160gb external hdd to me so I can backup all my crap and then format my laptop, and install the free copy of vista business I'm getting from M$ Syndicate thanks to my uni Hopefully after all this I won't have anymore trouble gaining web access and ticket responses during daylight hours will probably rise back to within 10 mins |

![]() | Re: SupportRegained internet access in my room for a few hours yesterday thanks to resnet tech support coming and reseting something in the flat... now its broke again! Useless, still able to get frequent access via other peoples laptops etc so should still be maintaining ticket responses within 2 days-ish |
