Wink Bingo


Hey guys,
my sister-in-law is a keen online bingo player and i managed to persuade her to be a referral and try a new bingo site so she tried wink on gifts kudos.
It has been 5 days and not even a pending so i was wondering -
Is there something wrong with the tracking of this offer? (question based on previous posts throughout exceem)

Really helpful - Thanks Ryan! The cheeky tongue out at the end was meant to show sarcasm but was obviously lost on you. Why reply at all if your just gonna be a **** instead of providing an answer?

BTW Freebiejeebies answered me on New Years day (and no i wasnt expecting an answer until at least Tuesday)

Right, i have had 2 signups who completed wink bingo and none have tracked. 1 on Kudos and 1 on FJ. The 1 on kudos has submitted a manual credit request and has been waiting weeks, the other has been trying to get the screenshots for a manual credit from FJ. He sent a screenshot of account details and deposit but was asked for 1 of playthrough.

Now heres the problem, the Wink bingo site will not navigate to any previous days on the game play screen so he is unable to get his screenshot.
Has anyone else had this issue?

It seems a lot of people on here have not had their offer with Wink tracked but none have said whether they were manually credited. Wink are making the freebie scene look bad IMO.

I've only ever had one Wink Bingo - and it's still pending from 15th October. I can't say I know of anyone who has had a problem with it tracking at all though. Hope you get it sorted mate

i have just signed up to wink bingo and it went to pending in 10 mins is your sister playing the game as you need to play it and spend all the money

She signed up on kudos and my brother in law signed up on fj. Both did Wink.

Neither one tracked and manual credit requests were submitted.

His is now green and my order is being processed, even though he signed up after her.

Shes had no change in over a month.

mine has just been declined, cut a long story short. Kudos said wink declined the offer, i then got on to wink. And they said we don't know why as you done every think right this end. You even put £20 in and played it all, and kudos are not doing any think about it. I think they are just scamming people

I have ahd the smae problem it didn't track and FJ's asking me for ascreenshot of playthrough. Have sent several emails to wink nad they told me to do a load of rubbish I could have figured out my self and knew wouldn't work. I have the problem of not being able to navigate the Prev/next day buttons.... and here is why.

wink bingo will not sort it out for you as they dont know what they are doing just leave it to FJ to sort it out mine done the same on kudos and i got some one to sign up on the trade and that one has done the same to them so just keep emailing FJ about it

I checked recently and they still appear not to have fixed the problem with there transactions display. Still waiting on my manual credit too ;/.

I'm still waiting (since 25th Feb)...FJ said they'll have to wait for 28 days as it's something to do with not being able to override their crediting system until after 28 days. It didn't track properly and I sent several emails to Wink Bingo and their replies were complete bullsh*t, and in fact contradicted each other! I pointed this out and they apologised and very generously gave me £2 compensation lol! They also backed down and said actually I had completed the offer correctly.....I'd tell future referees to avoid Wink Bingo at all costs!!!!!

I did the wink bingo offer through fj on 23 feb, went pending immediately but has remained so since, that's a month now. I took screenshots too just in case. Fj say you just have to wait, winkbingo won't talk to you, only fj. Also I'm on a conga for it too, so its holding everyone up. 48 hrs is reasonable, a whole month is taking the piss!

So can I recommend this offer? No. Avoid at all costs! Do not promote or do this offer. I'm sorry but IMHO it's giving the freebie scene a bad image.

Must be something I said because my offer has today been revoked!

Now raised with FJ support.

Luckily I took screenshots on the day, so hopefully everything will turn out right as I did everything required. But sounds like its gonna take a little longer now.

Very disappointed and frustrating.

I still have nothing about. Maybe we should consider suspending the wink bigno offer? Since so many of us are having problems.
