What offers are the best to complete?

I need one that doesn't require a credit card and it goes green the fastest.

(ps I live in America)

My first offer ever completed was the Intuit offer but that took 3 weeks to go green...

My intuit took about 12 hours! I was like wow that was quick! But then again I'm in the UK so it could be a difference to where you live
