I've still got a few pending (5 I think) but at least I've seen one go green so it's given me a bit of hope!

In my humble opinion this offer is rubbish. 57 pendings and 3 green? Not really a great ratio.

I know we like Halifax as a recognised brand name but surely it's time to reconsider.

That depends if the users would have completed another offer if the Halifax Card wasn't available. If the answer is no, then you should be applauding the offer and celebrating the three greens.

Maybe the offer is a poor one or the requirements aren't clear. If they approved/declined in a sensible time frame, then I'd be fairly happy, what gets to me is lots of pendings that just sit there for months staring at you with their middle finger out!

I just wish the declines would come through in some sort of timely fashion.

I just consider my halifax's and M&S pet insurance's = Santander, and dismiss them. IF they go green, it's an unexpected bonus.
