fees on casino deposits/withdrawls?

what does everyone use in the uk to pay for the deposits in us casinos?

neteller charges you a high exchange rate if you deposit or withdrawl, and if you use a visa you get charged a fee and you also cannot withdrawl your winning easily.

I read somewhere that a nationwide card wont charge you for depositing in casino as it accepts all currencys?

so what does everyone else do or use? Any better alternatives?
