Anyone done this offer recently ?
Got any clues on how long it takes ?

My account statement shows the deposit, and the stake of the bet. Also shows my balance as £0.00 now so the full amount has been taken so this should complete.

i cant say i have but what is the offer? deposit £20 and get £x free?
if it hasnt come through, there should be a live help (where you can type chat to an advisor within about 5 mins) so ask them why it hasnt gone through
