Unhappy

Jackpotjoy!!

I just tried out jackpotjoy. Put in £10 they gave me a £20 free bonus. Great. So i played blackjack and got myself up to £60 and then.. because i'm a smartass i wagered most of it and ended up with £3 lol.

I kept going and got to £40 and stopped myself there. I then tried to withdraw the money but it wouldn't let me. It said the £40 is non-withdrawable for some reason and said I've met 0% of my wagering requirements.

I'm not a gambling kind of guy and pretty new to it all but i have no idea what this means, their online support is closed so can someone who knows their stuff on this topic please help me?

Just a quick question....if you deposit £10 and they give you another £20, can you withdraw some money? I want to know as this would attract more customers

No, they have to meet the wagering requirements to withdraw their winnings first. This is from their faq:

How much do I have to wager to meet my wagering requirements?

The wagering requirements for bonuses stands at 2x the bonus received.

For example, if you accept the cash match welcome bonus when you join and deposit £100 the bonus added to your account will be £100, giving you a total playing balance of £200. This means that because you have received a bonus balance of £100 you will have to wager a total of £200 to meet your wagering requirements.

Different types of games contribute different amounts to your wagering requirements. Wagers on Bingo and Snap games will contribute 100% of each wager towards your wagering requirements, wagers on Slots and Instants will contribute 5%, wagers on 7 and a Half, Play your Cards Right, Hi Low and All Video Poker Games will contribute 2.5% and wagers on Roulette Splendide, Classic Roulette, Three Card Poker, Pai Gow and Caribbean Stud will contribute 1.25%. All Blackjack games and Baccarat are excluded from our bonuses and do not contribute towards your wagering requirements.

Pretty confusing stuff but i wagered and won a lot of money on blackjack before discovering that blackjack counts for 0% of the wagering requirement and i couldn't withdraw. So i had to wager a lot of money on bingo to be able to withdraw afterwards.

Hope that makes sense
