 | lovefilm problemsa friend is saying that lovefilm is asking for an initial payment before the free trial and that its not free and he cant see the offer page and all sorts of other problems so hes coming over so i can see what hes somehow screwed up Is he allowed to sign up at my house? he is already signed up to fj but not lovefilm so... i can only assume that the problem with ips is only with the fj website and as hes signed up its alright for me to help him sort out his lovefilm at mine? Thanks |

| Tell him the payment options he sees is for if he wants to continue the service after the trial. Tell him he won't be charged. Have you already done the LoveFilm offer at that address. If yes no he can't complete an offer at your house. If no i'm not sure. Open a support ticket and ask FJ

 | I assume he can sign up at your house but he will need to rent a DVD and that will obviously go to your account. I would recommend him signing up at his own house then therefore you won't have any problems.
