I have signedup for jackpotjoy through minimacgiveaway, i deposited a tenner and got another tenner from them.
What i wanna know that how much should i play thru for credit on minimacgiveaway. Do i have to wager 10 or 20 for credit.
Pls let me know?

Could someone also tell me how much time do minimacgiveaway take for crediting for this offer.

You should only have to play through £10. The other £10 is a bonus BUT you may not be able to withdraw it....

I don't think u can withdraw, they have rules like you have to make £30 worth of bets to get the bouns etc, i no other casino's have like $4000 to get a $200 bouns.

I need some suggestions. I completed the jackpot joy offer at the end of last month, and am trying to prove i've played through my £10 deposit. My current balance is 20.08, i had a few wins, and kept playing until it had released all of the welcome bonus. It says i've met the wagering requirements for my welcome bonus in the my account screen. However, jackpotjoy only keeps a record of deposits and withdrawels on the 'my account' screen. So... what do i say in response to a support ticket message which says "your account balance remains at £20 (deposited £10 and matched £10) which indicates that you have not yet played through your initial deposit"

u can send a copy of ur page where it says ''ve met the wagering requirements" as a screenshot, but iit takes time for credit to jackpotjoy, it took over a month for me on minimacgiveaway.

I've tried this, but they seem to ignore it? In my response to their last reply i pointed out it says i've met the requirements, but they just replyed with the above about my deposit. Will try again... Have also emailed jpj to try to acquire my current spending.

how long are you supposed to wait before raising a support ticket? i mean it says you will be credited in 5 days, i might just raise a ticket and upload screenshots to show ive played through me money.

Shame giveaway dont state how long to wait before claiming, like freepay say wait at least 15days.

I had some real problems with people getting credited, the longest was around 6 weeks!

But then some people did it and greened within days

I think the key is to be very careful and deliberate when completing the offer. Don't wander round the site, go straight to register > deposit > play and make sure you keep emails & screenshots, etc

yep im pretty sure thats what i did mate lol , and set accept all cookies, pop up blockers off, used IE, the only thing i didnt do was accept the bonus, i opted out of it, but surely that shouldnt make a difference :S

wen u r talkin about screenshots are these to be taken at what times? after registration when you've got the min deposit in and then one of ur account to show how much you spent and one of your balance after you spent?
