Attached a nice big image file with screen shots of jackpot joy sign up email, jackpot joy account information, jackpot joy transaction history. Hopefully it will help me get credit sooner rather than later. They have a 24hr response time guarantee so hopefully will have a reply by tomorrow. |

| Re: JackpotJoy?I did the JackpotJoy offer in a trade and was not credited after yhe stated 5 days and opened a support ticket on the 7th day.. after a few tickets abck and forth I was manualy credited on the fifth day after open my first ticket.. (I for some reasong though I was clever sending them a screen shot of all my transactions but they wanted one screen shot of my deposit and one of my withdraw page.. don't know why though.. its the same information on both!  )But then again it don't really matter now.. got the credit for the offer.. but about 12 days after I did the offer.. not bad considering it was done manually... | Re: JackpotJoy?yeah i would say that is pretty recently, was this when they had their new snazzy central support system? it seems pretty good and the 24hr guaranteed response and auto email notification by email is very helpful, def a lot better than the old systems some sites are using. |

| Re: JackpotJoy?ok i just did jackpotjoy there now. i deposited £10 and took screenshots throughout, just went to slots straight away to get rid of the tenner and went through £80!!!! that was how much i needed to withdraw the £10 bonus but not withdrawin it til after green i now have £58 sitting in my account, i hope this is enough to let them give me my quick green!!! |

| Re: JackpotJoy?They email you? wow thats super cool, i can stop checking my account all the time then lol!!! ok i also asked what the time limit is before raising a ticket, and they said 10 days, so if its been 10days since you did the jackpot joy offer, and you still havent been credited, then raise a support ticket an attach all the info you can in an image file to make it as easy as possible to proove you did your offer. so 2 days eh, hopefully it will only be 2 days, im thinking that with the recent shipping of xbox360's by the Giveaway network they are going to beat freepay to sending me an xbox :fingers crossed: |
