Disappointed so far ...

Part one-

The thing is, I will explain my case to you. I completed my offer by Rebtel, spent 48 hours and nothing to be complete, I opened a ticket complaining about the same, I was asked and I gave evidence. After that, they said that they would come in contact with the company, and was waiting for me from 7 to 14 days, so far so good. It turns out that my offer is now denied as I opened another ticket asking for answers, I was told that the Rebtel does not explain why. My question to you, as I'm in this situation?
The Rebtel has no option for withdrawing funds, means that I lose those 10 dollars deposited through it? Ja email sent to her asking for money now, since they denied my offer by Freebiejeebies, disappointed at the moment;

Part two-

I registered in the link from a friend by Apple, it wanted to try to hack into the system using proxy or something that told her to not do this, as it would get into trouble later, but her anxiety was such that he did not know to contain through the happiness of receiving his award for Freebiejeebies. However, her account was put on hold for 3 days, and then denied the request, of course by her attempt to defraud the system Freebiejeebies. I had completed an offer usually Freebiejeebies now telling me that I tried to violate your terms using two accounts on the same computer, what happens is that I ended up logging wrong with my email differently, but I did two records, not that fair. In short, she asked for the prize, and I iron along with it, without my having done anything at all? What's happening? I know I was being precipitated, but I'm beginning to suspect that company. Now I have to complete another offer? Is that so?

Re: Disappointed so far ...

Ok, so from this I have picked out the main points:

1- you signed up to FJ and completed an offer.
2- this offer did not credit or you did not fully complete it and it was revoked
3- your 'friend' tried to scam the system and their account was put on hold
4- you'd made a mistake so signed up again
5- your account got put on hold for having 2 accounts from the same computer.

Well it's something to take up with the support. If it is only because of the 2 accounts from the same computer then they may delete the accounts and you can be allowed to start from scratch, including doing another offer.

If on the other hand they give you another reason for you account being put on hold, such as trying to hack the offer or the company, then you can do nothing.

The problem is is that UK law prevents FJ from putting across their side of the story, so if you have, in fact, been Careless Santana we will not get a balanced view.

Just persevere with polite support tickets and you will get polite answers, but only you know the truth of the situation.

No I didn't get a call from Rebtel. When I opened an account I already had one contact added, my friend. Maybe that is a reason why I didn't get a call. They already had my number so there wasn't any reason to confirm it.

I made a couple of test calls and then I got few messages about my local phone number, etc.

You need to confirm it to complete the offer. They phone the number you gave them which proves it's your phone and not some random person's phone.

When you say they already had your number you don't mean you'd already signed up to Rebtel because that would also be a reason for the offer not going green.

I have not violated the terms of Freebiejeebies creating another account for the same gift from the same computer, but Freebiejeebies insisted that I committed this fraud. What happened was that I got the email with this PS3 and Apple in this same way I get normally find it odd, but it was an accident, I still had not created two accounts. But it was resolved, I asked for them to cancel both my accounts from Apple, because they think I wanted to act in bad faith.

While Rebtel at the beginning I could not add my phone number, could not accept, was included in error, so I sent them an email to confirm my account, thus so I can make a deposit of $ 10. This case has also been resolved, the request has already asked the same back.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but everything is resolved.

Glad to hear your problem has been resolved.

Did you know you can make your sattus banner in your signature update automatically?

Instead of using a picture of your status, just paste the actual link in then it will be dynamic and up to date.
