I signed up to lovefilm. should i have a referral pending on doing so?????????

You have to sign up to Freebiejeebies or Kudos first. When you have done that, you must complete an offer on the 'Offers' page. If you have signed up to Lovefilm not through the page, then it will be untracked, and not go to pending/green. Best send in a support ticket.

If someone signs up to an offer but doesnt do it through their FJ/kudos etc account, there really is no point sending in a support ticket as the freebie site wont get the money for that referral.

I'm assuming/hoping though this user has already joined a freebie site

as Richard says you dont get a referral for signing up , you get your own offer completed , to get your gift you need to have completed your own offer and get x referrals
