intuit offer, how long to complete?

Hey guys, I ask someone and paid to complete an intuit for me.
But, till now i can see on my status that his account says "Not Completed" yet.

So i thought he just fooled me...
so i ask him forward a mail from intuit.
and this is what he sent.

and for that, i believe him already that he did completed the intuit offer.
but why is it on the status says he havent completed any offer yet?
or how long does it take to complete the offer?

I believe from this that his offer has not tracked. (Assuming it was more than an hour ago?) He needs to send in a support ticket to freebiejeebies forwarding that email.

the shizzle in ur signature still does not have a link back to exceem either add a link or remove them before admin see them.

i got someone too who said they had done it. but reading posts most said to wait 24 hours. its been long over that but he's still showing 'not completed' anyone know whats occurring ???

i'd suggest probably sending in a support ticket if it has been over 24 hours. I've heard it goes from red straight to green though and doesn't go pending.
