 | I asked on here as well as i had the same problem but, they said it can take a few hours but allow a couple of days before sending a support ticket. Gary |

| I did not want to bump this but i have the same problem. Does anyone know how long it is SUPPOSED to take? Im currently working on some Amazon vouchers to get my wife a new phone as hers keeps shutting itself off so the sooner the better as my ears are beginning to burn quite badly
