Anyone seen "offer (S) reversed" GA network?

Has anyone seen across from one of my sign up e-mails it did say "offer not completed" for about a month and now it says "offer not completed | offer (S) reversed", this is on a GA network.

that usually means they have either tried to scam the network or have not completed their offer properly.

Yup, we have all seen our fair share along the way. I try to remember to e-mail people to explain the offers (particularly LOVEFiLM) but it doesn't always work. If people don't receive a DVD or cancel early then they will be reversed.
