Napster Free Trial

Has anybody had experience of signing up to the Napster free trial?

I have downloaded the software and registered, started the free trial wizard, gets all the way through, payment details accepted, get to the end where you select which free trial you want, and when I press submit nothing happens.

There is some text in red that says XP/Vista and windows media player 10 or above required.

i am using Vista and have Media Player 11

Any suggestions as to whats happening?
