Ive noticed that most of these freebie websites are european... Leaving me to presume that, to do a green trade for offers is gonna be a little rougher for me...and this question is probably in the wrong section but. Can i do offers with a paypal account or does it have to be a Credit Card? I dont have one =/

thanks, if you could you let me know, im having quite a hard time, as my parents dont trust me, but freebiejeebies has great offers for americans, and by any chance anyone know where i can get a free website, im probably asking too much, but im just wondering... i would be finally able to put my webdesign class to the test ^.^

Ping, have you tried any American based forums like calistyle of freelunch? You find it easy to trade at either. Youll find it difficult to trade without a credit card anywhere though. Ive seen lotsa Brits showing up on calistyle as well.
