If, say you're getting a gift for 10 referrals - you can get 12 referrals instead of completing an offer yourself.

No, but what I am trying to say is that if my refferals people dont want to give their credit card info and want to swap an offer for 2/3 more refferals, how will I get credited green for it?

When your referrals get their 2/3 greens they would contact support and ask them to be credited - they would then show on your account as completed
