Lovefilm question -- not the usual (kinda)

I know for the lovefilm offer u must sign up for the full two weeks, and receive at least one dvd. my payment is now saying its due 24th of feb, so i think it has charged me, and my offer hasnt gone green yet, its still pending. I dont know whether to cancel the offer or to wait.

could this be as i havent sent that dvd back yet?

check your bank account/credit card statement

If you have done everything correctly it will go green eventually. At least it tracked to pending.

I'm pretty sure Lovefilm accounts always say when the next payment is due... if you have signed up to the 2 week free trial, it says the next payment is due after the free trial has ended. Have a look at their Terms & Conditions at the foot of their website for the other information you are looking for (we don't talk about cancelling on here, but give them a go, that's what the free trial is for).

yeeh sorry i think ive ended up paying £4 for the month but ill try that 3 month code as soon as my offer confirms

still not confirmed, little pissed off as i cant stop it until it confirms incase it doesnt work. its been like 18 days or something and it says 10 days :/

Lovefilm reports very slowly, once every two weeks if you are lucky, it is not an instantaneous change from pending to completed. If you went green in a day or so it is because you were lucky enough to sign up just in time for LF to send one of their bulk reports to the networks, it is a waiting game. As someone said, at least it went pending, if you have properly completed all the requirements then it will go green eventually

My friend who did this offer, has received dvd & sent it back.
He is still showing as pending on my account, & it has been at least 2-3 weeks.
How long should I wait before raising ticket?
