  |  Two of my referrals have signed up, but they have not turned to pending......ASH HELPIts been a week since two of my mate signed up and started their lovefilm offer, and they have both received their DVDs. However, gaainst their email they are still coming up as "offer not completed" and it it hast turned to pending. They have both raised a support ticket. Can anyone shed any light on this? What can i do? Information necessary for Ash: Thats one of my mates: #44119 hes signed up to lovefilm- no pending.... Exactly the same for this guy: #43272 If you need any other information/screen shots just tell me, as they are willing to provide necessary proof. Please get back to me ASAP, thanks! |

| Re: Two of my referrals have signed up, but they have not turned to pending......ASHI spoke to ash- the RI owner- and he told me that if your referrals have signed up, and they do not turn to pending- do not worry- in around 14 days they should go from- "offer not completed" straight to "offer completed." This is the case with 2 of my referrals- so olibomb we are in the same boat. |
