To be honest I've never had much success with emailing yellows. I guess most have made up their mind that its some kind of scam or they arent going to risk it

Yep same here, my luck is crap but others have had good luck emailing yellows. Do a search think you might find a good template around.

Re: Emailing yellows

I'm not sure it really does any good, but on the other harm, what have you got to lose? If a well worded mail gets just one green then it is worth it.

I personally thank all the yellows for signing up, especially those who did offers and have enabled me to already get enough referrals for my (chosen gift).

Then I give them some proof.

Re: Emailing yellows

sometimes i wonder if this does more harm than good. reason i say this is because i've never had any luck from email yellows, and all it may do is get referrals to either sign on to their account or register again or break term+conditions. so you could lose referrals from this! anyone agree, or disagree?

Re: Emailing yellows

i always put summat like you recently signed up to consoles.realincentives etc and explain how it works and the best offers imo then point them to exceem to see other people that have received stuff and then put something like if you want to complete an offer you can log in here and hyperlink to site (this should stop them creating multiple accounts ben) i then mention not to refer anyone from the same ip or house and tell them to contact me if they want any further advice, i have people contact me asking questions but as to whether it turns those yellows green i couldnt really say but hopefully my email explains the rules so it should at least stop them breaking the t and c's

Re: Emailing yellows

Actually you can get a damn good turn around depending how you want to approach this, many would find my method morally wrong but its actually a good way of convincing people to go the next step.

Now, I like to call this "The 50% Lie" email since I lieing that I have received my gift but not actually lieing that this works.

But I also do really get the gift in the end which is then 100% the truth, what you is simply email your yellows and thank them for signing up as you have now got your free gift!

Tell them if it wasnt for thoughs who went green it would not have been possible, if you want to go one step over the mark you could fake an image of you holding your chosen gift, how you do that I leave to your imgination.

Again some may find this method wrong but in fairness it damn works, remember they have gone yellow for a reason, its because they are interested but just need a little encouraging to get to the next step.

Re: Emailing yellows

It doesn't matter what you put in the email if they never read it.

The key to emailing yellows is a) stopping automatic mail filters from identifying your mail as junk and b) having a Subject title that will convince them to open it.

Only when you've sussed that should you start worrying about what to put in the email!

How do you make sure your email doesn't get sent straight into the junkbox then?

Re: Emailing yellows

Thats easy, just watch what you say, don't go spamming your email with

"How to get a free xbox 360 with this great free method"

As you will be asking for trouble, but if you go the route I told you about then you have nothing really to worry about since you don't have to use the word "free" and it catches the attention of the reader.

Think of it like this, all your doing is emailing your friend to say thanks for signing up and that you managed to get your free gift etc after so many went green.

You don't need amazing copy ad here since you are trying to sound more like "The Average Joe" and not some sales person.

Re: Emailing yellows

TBH I'm not really sure. I assume the whole email gets scanned and certain words or phrases trigger the filter depending on its paranoia setting. I try not to use the word "free" or the phrase "click here to get..." Stuff like that really.

Then try sending it to new hotmail or yahoo address and see if it gets through!

Re: Emailing yellows

That's exactly how the filter works, its all based on a percentage of how many times a word is said, say if the word "Free" was said 10 times within an email then the filter would kick in.

I actually use an autoresponder service which has a handy spam filter programme to tell me if what percentage my email are to the spam mark hehe.

2000 yellows? pah, i have more on FJ alone lol

Just figured out emailing a huge sum like that isnt worth the hassle and more likely to have your email address reported for spam and blocked.

Re: Emailing yellows

I would totally follow up on 2000 leads, because thats exactly what they are, though I wouldnt email in them in one big email, i'd be clever and i'd email them in groups for each different product.
