Is this legal, it's my money and i won it fair and square, how can they stop me getting it? Its probably in the T&C but it does seam quite unfair. |

![]() | Re: Bingoliner & Kingjackpot withdrawals £20 minimumI also won money on king jackpot (£39) and can withdraw it but they make it really hard. they want me to photocopy my debit card and fax it to them and then fax them a utility bill and also a copy of my drivers licence - which to me seems like giving them way too much information, this is all because the card i used - maestro apparently doesn't accept refunds even though i've had refunds paid back onto it a trillion times from shops. Anyway, it does say that for cashins of £20 and under submit an e-mail to cashin@kingjackpot.co.uk Good luck - i've given up. |

![]() | Re: Bingoliner & Kingjackpot withdrawals £20 minimumi know what you're saying but when i put my card details in over the internet there was a little padlock sign so doesn't that mean its all encrypted? i just think faxing over stuff like that is a bit risky - anyone could walk by the fax machine and pick it up. i'm probably being over paranoid - its my age! even when i've done all that i need to open a neteller or click to pay account as they won't refund into my account (mastercard/maestro) then they'll pay the money into the neteller account, i need to look into these futher as i don't know much about them! you're right though, it is lazy isn't it! |
