IP Tracking on offers?

i was sort of wondering this for giveaway, i signed up when i was at home but now im at uni and check my thing with the uni network (lancaster uni , 10,000 people 1 ip i think) so i cant complete a offer on this network?

I'm sorry i'm not sure i understand the question - From 1 October the Freebiejeebies network will not allow signups from the same ip address (with exceptions made if it's from a school or university)

I think what you are saying is that you have signed up on a different computer (lets call it a), and are going to complete an offer on this one (computer b). Then your friend is going to sign up and complete an offer all on computer b. To be honest it sounds a little suspect as why do you both have to use the same computer to complete an offer?

thanks for the exception, to be honest i can see difficulty in finding the scammers from the real deals at unis but it means i have a chance to actually refer some friends here

But if the guy actually wants to join up with say, lovefilm but doesn't know how to, then how else can you explain to him how to do it?

Isn't a walk through where someone gets another person to just sign up and do an offer purely because they want a green? If that is the case for this situation then yeh could be classed as a walk through?!
