What offers could I complete with a debit card??

I am only 16 so I don't have a credit card.

ummm sorry to say but nearly all T&Cs say you have to be 18 to do a freebie site

you can do most of them with a debit card, a credit card isnt essential.

most people just ignore that anyways even when they are underage, but dont know what would happen if you got caught for it??

Well, I think it would be wiser for underagers to do a site that allowed under 18s than spend maybe months getting greens for a site only to miss out on a console because they lied about their age.

Some people really dont think before they announce their age here that site owners read posts

I'm 21 but I don't have a credit- still managed to do a fair bit of offers tho.

I'm always open about my age. Some networks have given me permission to complete their site, regardless of their over-18 rules. Just check the T&Cs before you sign up; luckily I signed up to a lot of the popular 18+ sites before the rules were introduced so I'm OK!

In regard to debit cards, I've completed plenty of offers with just Electron and Solo cards!

Ahh thanks for the help.

Not all the freebie sites say you have to be 18 some of them say you have to be 13.
