God DAMMIT!! So I recently did a trade where I joined xpango for somebody and i thought the psychic1on1.com offer looked easy enough to pay 50p for and cancel. I was slightly wrong, or maybe I was just stupid/foolish. Obviously the website itself is a load of rubbish not worth paying a penny for but people do! Anyway, not only has my xpango account not been credited for this offer (it was exactly a week ago) but my cancellation of the subscription didnt even work! Hence I have now been charged £20 extra for this piece of bollocks. I went to the help section of the site within the 24 hour trial period, filled out the cancellation form and it said (quote) "Your processor's cancellation page is not available. The transaction details have been sent to our customer support group and YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL BE CANCELLED". Really, Mr automated response page? So a week later i realised I've been charged so I tried again and got the same message. I then went back to my purchase confirmation email which had a support web page for the billing company, so I went there and cancelled it, where it said "cancellation successful!" GRRRR! I just hope it doesn't charge me next time. I've sent a nasty customer support letter but I'll probably just get some crappy response from someone in Taiwan who can't read English properly, let alone form actual sentences.

So rant over! Sorry, but I just wanted to warn people of this site. The offer probably does work but you should cancel it using the link in your confirmation email, not from the site itself. I don't suppose I will be able to get that money back either, which for a student like myself is a lot of money!

Same thing happened to me! I've sent 2 emails to their support address but have had nor response.

Not Xpango's fault but the offer seems a little misleading. It didn't state anywhere that after the 24hour trial you would be charged $39.95!!

I just got an email from the billing company confirming the subscription has been cancelled. At the time it said it's been cancelled but the account will stay open til the end of the period, which should be a month. However in the email it says I will continue to have access until 29th June 16:23:53 2007, which has already passed! Crazy! doesn't realy matter coz I won't exactly be going back to that site (hopefully).

oooo hard luck mate, same thing happened to me on the celldorado offer on a different site. They said they'll take £3.50 and give me a ringtone and instead they took £20 and gave nothing at all!!! the best advice i can give you is to complain as much as you can, you might just about see your money again...

OK after sending angry emails to psychic1on1.com and the billing company (Jettis) I got an email from Jettis saying that I would be refunded the full amount, which is nice of them. No response from psychic1on1 though! I got the response last Friday but I don't see the money in my account yet, but it's only been one working day since then. Hopefully they're true to their word!

I've just sent another email to Jettis asking for a refund. Thats 3 now! How many emails did you send? Also did you send your emails to cs@jettis.com?

I sent a support ticket here https://secure.jettisintl.com/support/email.html and I know have my money back, nice and quick. Just a shame I had to do that, and because of the exchange rate changing I also lost 10p! bastards!

I received an email, well 2 actually from Jettis. They look like automated responses but informed me that I will be refunded $ . .

They left the value blank! I'll keep checking my account and hopefully I will get a refund too!
