Re: Coral sign ups

Sorry for hijacking this thread, but who do i contact about a yellow not turning green?

I got a friend to sign up with coral over 7 days ago but still hasn't gone green!!

I contacted coral and all they said was, yes she has an active account.

all of my other sign ups went green same day except one which took two days.

Maybe it's because she won £20

Re: Coral sign ups

If one of your yellows has not turned green, they must send in a support ticket to the Freebie Site concerned. There is nothing you can do since its another persons account and has to be dealt with by that person..

Hope that helps!

Cheers
Tom

I'm rather surprised that Coral would give out that information to you or anyone apart from your "friend"

Re: Coral sign ups

Hey, apparently one of my yellow's has just signed up with Coral, depositing £5. It look's like he doesn't want to place a bet though.

Will I still get credit if he's deposited money but doesn't actually use it?

Thanks, need all the help I can get today, what with verification being tomorrow. It feel's a bit like transfer dead-line day.

I dont think you will get agreen if he doesnt play the money. I'm sure it says that they have to play a certain amount. Otherwise, what's to stop people just taking their money back once a green has been given?

I'm pretty sure you can't get your introductory fiver back after depositing, but I shall get in contact just in case...

If you make a deposit to a gaming site, the money will be in "your account", which can be withdrawn at anytime.

Like I said, the offer would have said that an amount would have to be played with before a green was awarded.

Re: Coral sign ups

it's always best to play it through, as coral could just revoke the offer. Also, people shouldnt just sign up to get a green, they should sign up and try the service. If everyone didn't try the service, freebie sites could not exist as the advertisers wouldnt pay us, because the leads wouldnt be good quality.
