I remember someone once said it costs 40 quid, can't remember who said it though.. might have been Bazza.

aye, yahoo.. sorry didn't read the rest of the title

Smartsamp costs something like £5 a month, and you have to sign up for at least 3 months... so that's £15

Smatstamps sounds like it is, £15?? Thats not bad, some bingo sites will cost you £10 so i think £15 is reasonable. I don't know the details either but if that includes some stamps which you can use then thats useful.

But i think £40 for yahoo personals is too much. Unless of course you meet someone hot and get married or whatever!!!!

Re: yahoo personals and smartstamp offers

I need to complete an offer in order to be verified on a giveaway site and the only offer I can do (though I dont want to) is yahoo personals.

Any idea how long it takes to credit, or will that just depend on whether the GA team are actually updating because I dont know if it's done automatic.

Was hoping for the new offers that we were promissed but cant wait forever.

Re: yahoo personals and smartstamp offers

I decided last night to sign up for the yahoo personals offer, purely to have a chance of being credited before the next round of verifications (whenever that may be). just looked now and I've already been credited so clicked verify

Anyway, the question that keeps getting asked is "how much does it cost?". Well, when you sign up you have the choice of 6 month, 3 month or 1 month. For one month it was £21 so not as bad as the £40 I was expecting. So, at least next time someone asks, we can tell them.

I can remember asking this and I think it was Tab told me that you don't get any stamps with it. You have to pay for stamps on top of the cost of the service.

£21 and a chance to pull "Fun loving, young for their age" fifty year olds with a "GSOH" (I don't mean Claire80 by the way !)

What does your profile on there say, "Looking for greens?"

I took out Smartstamp and had forgotten about it until they gave me advance warning of the next payment due. That was just before the three months expired and I asked them to cancel.

They were extremly helpful and advised me to wait until the three months were up. They would then close the account and as part of the promotion I would get all three months refunded - £15.
