hi,with jackpot joy it says you deposit £10 and play it all and you will get the green but my friend did it,used up all the creit and it says he hasnt completed the offer yet?does anyone know why thi is?is it she used free bonus £10 offer?

When did he complete the offer though? He might have to wait a week before sending in a support ticket to whatever site he did it for.

he only did it yesterday,i was just confused because it says hes yellow and not completed the offer so i thought the bonus £10 he recieved meant he might have to put more money in as a catch

If your friend only used the free £10 bonus, the offer will not credit, since the deposit has to be played for the offer to credit!

If he only did it yesterday, hopefully he will be credited in the next couple of days, some sites credit faster than others. What site did he do?

he put on the £10 deposit,recieved a free £10 and used up all of his credit
