Completed offer but no green?

I completed the lovefilm offer on freepay ages ago, and got more than 2 free dvds but have yet to go green When I raised a support ticket, nothing much happened & I am loathe to have anything more to do with them.
Does anyone have any advice, bearing in mind that this was part of a trade and the person who traded with me has since been put on hold?

Hmmm, if you are unable to contact freepay then there's nothing much else to do. We don't have a representative here on eXceem so it looks like there is nothing you can do. Just keep trying to contact them, because that is the only thing you can do atm.

On the last freepay site i completed, my offer (easycinema) did not get credited until after 3 months! By which time i had given up on freepay, although i did have all my referals. But it got credited out of the blue, and i was able to order. So my advice - hang in there!

However as your referal has gone on hold in your trade, then you surely dont owe them anything? They owe you a green if anything...
