According to giveaway, I must deposit £10 and play through the entire amount.

Does that mean spend £10, because I have, but Im now left with £27.70 and I want to withdraw it

If you have definitely spent through your initial £10 then your account should go green. Jackpotjoy tends to be really slow so you may need to send in screenshots of your account in a support ticket at some stage. Whatever you do do not withdraw anytime soon. I would wait until I had received my gift before withdrawing at all.

Ive definately paid out more than £10, im now on £57.60 and wanting to withdraw it.

Nothing to worry about now. If you've only deposited £10 and you've spent more than £10 then that's the offer completed. Just don't withdraw the money anytime soon. It can take a week for credit to come through for that offer and proof often needs to be sent in a giveaway support ticket for manual credit. Just leave your account as it is and don't delete any welcome emails. If you don't get credited soon then raise a support ticket with a screenshot of your welcome emails, your account and your withdrawal/transaction history.
