 | Support tickets???Ummm... could anyone tell me what a support ticket is?  I'm not quite sure and everyones talking about them but what exactly are they?!?! | Re: Support tickets???Support ticets are just like a mixture between a private forum and an email. You have a support section on your account on the freebie sites and if you have any queries just type it and send it and it should be replied to by the administrator of the site.
