![]() | How are networks determined to be okI am curious how new networks make it on to exceem. The site Freebie Grab gets the *** treatment when its mentioned. I have been having a look at it and there seems to be a fairly genuine photo gallery which several exceem members have contributed to. Im only asking, because it seems to be one of the only sites that does HDTV's. |

![]() | Re: How are networks determined to be okThat would be because he stole the name from the 'Grab Network' and the layout from the 'Giveaway Network', is well known for his bad reputation and has been linked to serveral scams and cons. *I think this is the most diplomatic answer you're gonna get W.> |

| MJ lady with maracas | Re: How are networks determined to be okgeneral gut insticnt of the admins, the originality of the network, have they brougth off the shelf script of modified/coded one to suit their purposes, any experience in running a online business in the past, plus I take a look at the conduct of the networks owner in the past, which in some cases is purly shocking (and in a few cases illegal under uk law). Take a look at the old for4network/creative century ran by our good old friend jimbonkers, I always said it was dodgey, and he wasnt to be trusted etc, he gave out a few freebies to make people think he was legit, kissed some peoples arses etc, but I still stood by my belife he was a scammer, 1 month later his sites get covered in banner adverts not linked to offers to go green, 2 months later he disappears... (ever heard of the term long con??) the freebie grab is not a new network, he was goign to launch it back in september 2005, but it was found out then he made more lies saying who he was (then it turned out to be someone else!)

![]() | Re: How are networks determined to be okFree offers, high refs seems to be the way forward. For example a lot of people have turned from the giveaway's new PS3 site because screenselect isnt available. Its alot easier to convince folk to sign up when there are free offers, rather than part with there cash!!! I think most people would agree with me |

![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: How are networks determined to be okFor anyone wishing to continue the conversation regarding HDTV sites needed for the UK market please do so here.. http://www.exceem.co.uk/forums/showt...?t=7562&page=2 This thread is now locked.. Cheers Tom PS Had an inquire to merge this thread with the above but even if its possible it would have made it very confussing since it would have followed the time stamps, instead I am locking this thread. |
