Firstly, this is our first site as we aim to offer you gifts that no other network have offered, for example, the apple iPhone, Airport Base Extreme and iWork 06. you might want to get your terms and conditions correct before launching your site.. and 3 offers isn't really a good starting point.. you say you're pending 10 more but there's no g'tee you'll be accepted.. leaving most ppl pooped if you don't add more offers..

I guess it depends whethere they are actually intending sending out gifts or just taking the money and running.

Too many "new sites" appearing without any clues.

Well im away from home so cant really say if I have received any email or not, but I do have issues with:

• The fact the iPhone is not even for general sale in the UK yet, and will most likly contract only to begin with (anyone with some common sense can work this out!)
• Your domain WHOIS details are not your own
• You seam to have multiple IP's when posting on eXceem - one appears to come via a proxy not linked to any ISP
• You havnt taken the time to draw up your t&c, just stuck with the defult ones, which really do not cover all the points needed in such a website

exactly what I was thinking,

anyway there are a few things that need pointing out...

How are you intending to send the gifts out with 3 offers, when

LoveFiLM has £10 - £12.50 commission

Gala Bingo - £10 as of today

Bingo Liner has apalling tracking..

And you're offering an iPhone for 10 refs.. gotta sort yourself out, butt...

Please don't post on this thread to criticise the site, as we have worked very hard on this incentives site. Advice and recommendations are appreciated however.

Public forum.. i'll post what i want as long as if he doesn't break exceem's rules (unlike yourself.. might wanna read before you post further !!).. as for your experienced staff, you've copied someone else's terms and conditions.. not even used the standard one's !! Freeipodphotos.com was it lol

If you've worked hard, why haven't you advertised your site correctly ?? why aren't your terms correct ? why have you opened with only 3 offers ? why are you linked to sites selling ebooks ?? quick cash seeker if you ask me !!
