Yep Its FREE Multiple Account


Don't know if anyone else is having this problem if it is one, but iv got 3 people on my account that have signed up twice with the same Email address, maybe they pressed it twice, but the mean they will go on hold right,

I had a couple of people sign up on mine with the same email address multiple times and the extra ones were just removed so that they only had the one email address showing. I didn't even have to email anyone.
I kinda thought it might be due to pressing something more than once...

yea, i thought, so, but 1 of them has same addres like bob@hotmail.com then bob:gmail.com, and the other 2 have like bob@hotmail.com Twice

Personally, I'd wait a week or so (or until it looks like they are doing an offer) & either YepItsFree will correct the multiple email addresses on it's own or if it looks like this guy is going to do an offer, then just send him a polite email explaining why he should only have one account & to ask for the other(s) to be removed by contacting YepItsFree Support.

If he doesn't look like he's going to do an offer then I'd let YepItsFree deal with it when they get a chance. I'm pretty sure they'll get around to it as mine weren't there for that long (about a week).

yea but its prob going to be on hold cuz he has multiple accounts like giveaway even if its done by mistake, i have like 18 yellows on there but one Green thats not normal for me, maybe due to the site type,

I think it's the fact that people have to click a link to let YepItsFree know that they've done the offer.
Apparently, people are omitting to do it & not getting credited.
Not to mention the fact that they've had problems with tracking 'Which' sign ups. All to be resolved within the next couple of weeks, we've been told.

it still has some major faults i think, and iv got apart from xbox360 and wii links for them like phones, and ipod, and ps2 psp, so i could be loosing green cuz of there site,

Believe me, I know exactly what you mean.
I did expect a few 'teething' problems but I'm considering pulling their links from my site until they manage to resolve the issues with their site.

I'm going to wait & see for now.
It all might settle down & sort itself out.

Regarding the multiple sign-ups, if I can see that only 1 has been logged into, I will remove the duplicate accounts leaving only the one that has been logged into active

If none have been logged into, I then place them on hold and email the user direct asking them to advise which username they are going to use to reactivate to account, if no reply is recieved, then all accounts are removed

@RawPhoenix - you say pulling the links until the issues with the site are resolved, the only issue I am aware of is having to click the offer completion link, which as covered in other threads, I am having to wait my turn with the coders

@TheDetox - you say the site still has major faults, what are they? Would you care to elaborate??

I will always try to get the site to work how you, the users, want it to, so instead of just saying the site has issues and faults, please be more specific so I can then try to address them...

well i didn't mean major faults its just many the site look, it just looks to simple, dunno ho wot say it, think that why I'm not getting more people on it, and the way its set out, it doesn't tell me how many people have gone green or approved in this case, also you cant view any offers, and the wat you change to next and back on the reward pages are difficult to see

Sorry, just my opinion anyway just wish i cud do your site always, its got all the gift i want, and plus you can do them again and again

Matt, I said I was considering pulling links if issues weren't resolved & only because I emailed my yellows regarding clicking offer confirmation link & received a host of complaints in return, some of which said they can't be bothered with going through all the hassle if the site doesn't work properly. (I can supply email addresses, if required)

There were a few.
Intermittant log on problems ie; user name/password not recognised, Having to log in every time you go to another page ie; support, status etc

Unable to access site at all, at certain times.

Not being credited.

I've put down most of them to 'teething' problems as with a new site & with the 'not credited' issue I've explained to them what you told me about the tracking problems with 'Which' as well as the fact they have to click the offer completion link.

I am also aware that certain problems could be down to problems with the user(s) browser so I've only listed the problems that I've also experienced personally rather than repeat verbatim what all the complaints were about...

@TheDetox - everyone is entitle to their opinions! The first thing I am doing is changing sorting out the working of the site, then I will move onto the design/layout etc

@RawPhoenix - the login problem and needing to login to change page is a new one to me, may be something to do with cookies, I will mention this when I next speak to the coders. Not being able to access the site, the only time I am aware of is when the router went down and effected connection, I obviously regulary visit the site and have always been able to login, but then I am not online 24 hours a day!

This is more constructive so I can do something about it as I wouldn't want anyone to give up on the site because of a few issues which I will be able to resolve!

Any other issues, please let me know
