| iPod Nano 2GB | YepItsFree.com - keep as it is or break it up!!Ok, the site's been going for a while now and I have had alot of sign-ups, but before it gets too big to make any real changes, I want your opinion on something. Should I keep the site as it is with all of the rewards under one roof, or split it up so there are a number of sites, i.e. console.yep..., ipods.yep..., mobiles.yep... etc, OR keep the current site as is and launch a bunch of new sites with specific rewards??? I would make it so once the new sites are up and running, if you have already signed up to the original site, you will get free offer completion on any of the new sites - as long as you signed up BEFORE the date of the new sites being launched. I really am in 2 (well 3!) minds which way to go 1. Keep the site as it is at the moment - there are lots of rewards to choose from making it appealing to a wide audience 2. Break it up - if there are a number of sites with specific rewards, you can be more targetted when referring people 3. Keep the site as it is AND launch a number of sites with specific rewards giving the choice to target your referrals or you can give the choice of a number of rewards Your comments are welcome Thanks Matt |

| iPod 30gb | Re: YepItsFree.com - keep as it is or break it up!!im with strider, i would keep the general site, but maybe take some of the less popular items off (so there isnt still 70+ items on there, maybe narrow it down to 15-20, and custom order), and then open up some specialised sites. |

| iPod 60gb | Re: YepItsFree.com - keep as it is or break it up!!My personal opinion is there are too many gifts on the site if that is possible lol Its just people don't realise how much is in there really. I know you are gonna change the layout so people will see it. Also if you can put some of the most popular gifts on the front! I say keep it the same with a little tweaking! |

![]() | Re: YepItsFree.com - keep as it is or break it up!!My thoughts are that having a single site with lots of offers gives people many different target markets to get their refs from (ie from people who desire XBOX 360s, HDTVs, iPods etc). To do better targetting, I would suggest that you make sub domains such as XBOX360.YepItsFree.com etc. To show better targetting members could then refer people to the sub domain. The sub domain could then have a big picture of th XBOX 360 and people sign up there, but still have the opportunity to change item if they want. Along with this, I think it would then be great if people could reset their account after qualifying for a free reward. You will obviously need to be careful if your business plan pays out a reward at a loss like some other sites though. Perhaps you could only reset someone's account after they have been through verification so you can get the benefit of free green windfalls for yourself. Alternatively, you could simply up the required greens for items if you are going to allow account recycling. The ability to recycle an account would be excellent and would make a large chunk of the freebie community get working only for you - I certainly would. I hate having to redo my website to change the links when I want to get another XBOX 360 or whatever under another scheme. I think that account recycling will be the next big thing for the freebie 'industry' - so get in there first YepItsFree!!! |

| iPod Nano 2GB | Re: YepItsFree.com - keep as it is or break it up!!Well firstly, thanks for your comments, a bit of a mixed response there really! I will be allowing the site to be completed more than once, but am currently deciding how, be it with a new account placing the old account on hold, or the same account with sending in a testimonial, I will cross that bridge when I reach it To touch what Matkavs said, basically I am soon to have the frontpage updated so there will be the different cats on the homepage for people to click through and choose their reward AND still have the option to change once signed-up, this will effectively mean there will be 6/7 sites in the same place with the need to only sign up to one site Just wanted to see what you guys would want to see in a reward site really before going ahead and making any changes Thanks again for your comments Matt |

![]() ![]() | Re: YepItsFree.com - keep as it is or break it up!!I would say keep the site you have at the minute and have a couple of extra sites too. The variety is good for referring but it's also good to have a couple of other sites with specific gifts to work on too.

![]() | Re: YepItsFree.com - keep as it is or break it up!!Can you complete the site more than once? If not then I definately think you should keep it as it is but you should be able to complete it again as there are so many different items which attract new users. |

| iPod 20gb | Re: YepItsFree.com - keep as it is or break it up!!I also think there are too many items on the site. With the satnavs and the phones maybe you could just narrow it down to the most popular ones? I do like the site but it just feels a bit, not there. It needs a little jazzing up and the bugs with the design and everything need sorting. Other than that I say go the way ForFree4U have, on the main site offer a selection of all the gives, but not as much choice. Then open sub sites with specific rewards like phones, hdtvs, gaming. One thing I do not like is when there is a site just for one product like just for 360 or just for Wii, unless there are also rewards for accessories and games on the same site. Good work and keep it up! |

![]() | Re: YepItsFree.com - keep as it is or break it up!!I think what Matt suggests for his site sounds ace. It offers the best of all worlds for everyone. It will allow us to target people to a specific reward and also allow us to complet multiple times. Perfect set up then. I agree though that it could do with a bit more jazzing up. |

| iPod Nano 2GB | Re: YepItsFree.com - keep as it is or break it up!!You mention 'jazzing up', if you had seen the original template you would think the site already is jazzed up The current design isn't going to be the final design, but I didn't want to spend £100's on the site making it look great for it to then flop! As it is doing quite well already, considering it hasn't even been running for a month yet, I have some ideas of changing not only the way it looks, but how the whole site runs - which will make it quicker and easier for you to complete the site! But details of that will come once I am in a position to implement these major changes I am liking the idea of changing the main site to offer a few of the main things, like a couple of consoles, ipod, latest mobile phones etc, then having dedicated sites which will have alot more, but more specific. That said though, looking at the poll most of you seem to think that's the best way to go aswell! Thanks for your comments and will make a final decision once the poll closes to see what the general consensus is! Matt |
