I can answer that as I opened up a support ticket and that was my question 2 out of 3.

He has requested this to be done, again, waiting for the coders to get off their arses! But he has requested this change and it will be done shortly!

I am very impressed so far with Matt's enthusiasm and making changes, taking comments on board etc.

Thanks matkavs, but just to elaborate a bit, basically I made this change, but some people on certain browsers were unable to click the 'I have completed this offer' after they had in fact completed the offer, so to save alot of support tickets regarding that, I removed the mod and am waiting for the coders to do it for me as it needs more work than my knowledge allows!

Hi all,

just a quick note to keep you all updated on crediting, basiaclly I am having issues with TradeDoubler

I am currently waiting on almost 25 offers to be confirmed by them manually as the tracking didn't work for some reason, I have yet to be given a specific reason from them as to why.

I can't see it being my end as some offers have tracked fine and creditied virtually straight away, others I have had to request confirmation emails and send them over to TD for them to then contact the advertiser directly to confirm the sign-ups. The offers effected annoyingly enough is Which? and LOVEFiLM

Although this is out of my hands, I would still like to appologise as there will be quite a few of you waiting on your refs turning green which should hopefully be soon.

Hi,

2 things, firstly, there have been a couple of people not click the link, when this is the case I have contacted direct to ask them to.

Secondly, I am actually having it changed slightly where they only have to click one button to try the offer and it will automatically show as them having completed the offer, if they then change their mind, they can click a different link saying they haven't completed the offer and reset their status so they can try another one - this should hopefully make things a little easier

that sounds alot better!
i find quite a few people who are 'simple minded' when it comes to the internet, fail to see such things as the 'i have completed my offer' link etc, hopefully this should cut down on that
