| Re: WlingoYeah, i know they dont have to come on exceem, but part of their sites aims was to provide 24 hour support, i mean i know thats very difficult, but even an hour a day would be better, and they havent been on it in months. |

| Re: WlingoeXceem is not a Support Forum for Wlingo, so as Strider pointed out, they are under no obligations to come to eXceem.. now, regarding their 24 hour support aim, I don't know since I have not sent them a support ticket for ages, when I did though, it was answered within 24 hours.. but thats months ago.. So honestly, I am not sure what you are meaning with "even an hour a day would be better, and they have not been on it for months" Do you mean you have an support ticket that has not be answered for months, or they have not been on eXceem, or is it on their MSN you are talking about?!?
