Hi Guys,

We have a small team of staff, some who are full time and others who are part time. The addition of Ross who is a full time member of staff will certainly help to raise the bar on our support.

Just to also clarify that Emma from Exceem isn't part of our team. We did look at this a while back but due to the complexity of our systems and the level of training/knowledge required it's quite tricky to hire people remotely. So if anyone would like to join the team in the future, you might need to move down here on the coast!

(We do have nice beaches though...)

so if there are so many on the team then why does it still take ages for support responses? users have to post on this forum just to get any form of reply. then they are told to send support ticket when clearly they did that first off

Well I'm kinda testing it out! I've never used their support before as I've never needed to, but I've just submitted one regarding the Deal or No Deal offer I just did... will see how long it takes for them to reply and update my 3 credits! Will keep you posted. (Offer says it'll take up to 7 days to credit......)
