We Will Remember...

For the husband who told his wife he loved her before his plane went down in a field.
For the wife who stopped in the stairs to call her husband to say she will love him forever.
For the mothers and fathers who kissed their kids goodbye that morning for the last time.
For the policemen, firemen, and other rescue workers who rushed in to help others and lost their lives.
For the soldiers who fought back and made the ultimate sacrifice.
Today, tomorrow, ten years from now, we will remember.

I live 15 min away from ground zero, passing by it always makes you shiver thinking back to that day.... My father was working just a few blocks away that morning and the second plane flew over them while they were on the roof watching the first hit... There was a group of hell's angels who were taking people over the Brooklyn bridge back and forth trying to evacuate as many as possible... It was a very emotional day for NYC and the rest of the world. I think the truth of that day us yet to come forth....

Moved to the News section as I think Numbers' post is very touching and will speak for the whole forum.

R.I.P to those all who died in the 9/11 incident. I really hate the guys who did it... They say that the Holy Qu'ran preaches terror... How bloody wrong they are...

dunno how correct these figures are but

"‎$1,248,123,904,749 spent, over 6000 soldiers dead and 180,000 killed so far to avenge the deaths of 2973 people."

that is pretty mental...
