Apple are currently holding a media event, and have announced some new products, including the iPad 2

So far its the iPad 2 they have announced, and they are releasing it on 11th March in the US and on the 25th of March for 26 countries, including the UK.
New features are the dual-core Apple A5 processor, new thinner design and two cameras. No specs really given yet though!

I won't mind having one but I just dislike apple soooo much. Their tactics to get fanboys excited is working though!

I understand how u feel. I feel the same way about lockerz, their tactics and schemes are total BS but people seem to praise them as a leading freebie network... >_<

I like Apple products (I've owned an iPhone and 2 iPods in the past and now have the one from Furbs), just hate the way they bang on about everything. Brilliant tactics though, you have to give it to them, it works!

One thing that annoyed me was "the year of copycats" part. Steve Jobs was a bit lost there.

The iphone was not the first phone to have a GPS on it, its not the first phone to have the ability to become a wifi hotspot, its not the first touch screen phone... I could go on - while I do like the iphone, I do hate the marketing that goes into it.
