 | Gratis Internet back in court on 13th June 2006The case is fully titled the State of New York v Gratis Internet, case number 401216/2006 in the New York Supreme Court. The motions were made on the 24th April, and submissions will be heard from both sides from the 13th June onwards. It's likely to be a long drawn out process as American hearings can take months in some circumstances.
