Yep, mathmatically we will go bankrupt soon however thats the same for EVERY good freesite.

Only Credit based websites seem to have taken to mathmatically breaking even and this means that you are required to do more offers on those websites. We are different as we have had experience of 3 large 'free' websites and know the statistics involved to make the website both profitable and minimise reward requirements.

The £15 shows up as "account balance" in your account. Not sure if you can get it out, looks like you can't.

ok i get it.. the site has a weird mix of "£" and "credits", which apparently are exactly the same thing. So you have a balance of £15, which is the same as 15 credits, and a gift say a nano 2GB costs 135 credits (£135)

So it's simple... but it looks kinda complicated. The site's a bit muddled and busy (sorry Lewis!) but underneath it all lies a pretty solid looking scheme. Feel free to pm for a ref link of course!

No its very true mrplow, on opening we have decided we need to simplify things and its just me programming this thing and i have spent day in day out for the last 3 months tapping out the 16k lines of code, so a bit of inconsistancy can be expected.

Its good to have decent people out there who are willing to helpfully correct rather then outright criticize.

As you have gatherd Credits are website versions of £, it equates to the same thing, but i was trying to imply that it isnt really money its just an equivilent currency that can be spent on the site.

I will be looking at simplifyin the layout slightly and make it a bit more 'step-by-step' rather then once you have signed up having everything launched at you at once.

a way to be different and to lower your costs is for cash alternatives to be high values rather than starting at 10 start at 100 for example.... just a thought, I probably wont sign up and complete offers at the moment, mainly because im skint but also because I cant be bothered as of late :P but glad youve got a timely response on here and are taking suggestions

OK, well I think I have this figured out now - I was confused as I didn't realise £ and credits were the same thing!

1. You sign up and get 15 credits for doing so (for 2 weeks only), plus any credits you earn by doing offers.

2. You can do as many offers as you like, so can complete the site without referring anyone in theory.

3. You refer friends, and get 20% of the credits they receive for life - so if they do loads of offers themselves then you are lucky but if they only do a 15 credit offer then you get only 3 credits. This is capped at 50 credits - if they earn more than 1000 credits themselves you don't get any further benefit.

That about right?

Cant say for sure as its the advertisers decision not ours however it may not be worth the risk as it would be wasted money.

when I was investigating various ways of moving away from the 'traditional' referral sites I considered this way of doing it but rejected it for various reasons (not all of them bad!)... so good luck with it guys - it's good to see an alternative take on the free item site.

Looking at your website, it seems very similar, i presume you avoided an aspect of the way we have done it. If so what was this out of interest?

There are bad points we have found out, but all of them were on our side, the benefits that come from it are conveniently all aimed towards the user.
