Only just noticed this as so busy at work, but eXceem this week has hit the milestone of having 500,000 public posts

Massive thanks to all members, and hopefully soon we will be hitting the million figure

tricky to say exactly what post it was, due to the public count not including staff room posts and other things that create posts (reported post etc), as well as deleted posts, but at a guess I believe it to be the following post

How about a prize for the person who get the 1 millionth post? Something along the lines of a competition by FJ. Cost to enter = 1 green (it means taking the green as a fee, not just successfully obtaining one), 1 entry per person (to make it fair for those who don't get many greens), and then the person with the millionth gets a prize bought with the entry greens after FJ have taken a cut for themselves. If the millionth post isn't someone who entered, then the person closest to the millionth would win.

Other stipulations would need to be put in place of course, for example, minimum of 500 posts on Exceem to enter to show you are an active member.

Does this make sense or am I just spouting complete waffle?? I know what I'm trying to say and I'm sure one of you clever folks can decipher it and explain it in something that more closely resembles English.

With these 500k posts starting from 2005 (I think), I think it's a bit early to be planning a competition for post 1,000,000!

Am I right in thinking that the number of search results go up each time too? Whenever I click on "x unread messages" the number at the end of the url is bigger. Might be a coincidence, if not, there's been about 1.5m searches
