eXceem Moderator Updates

Just a couple of updates for you regarding eXceem's moderators:

Arcticfox has been promoted to a eXceem moderator
The difference between moderators and super-moderators has been removed, and all moderators will have super-moderator powers. Over time I'll rename this to something more meaningfull
Amanda has left the mod team as she no longer has the time to dedicate to eXceem

I am sure you will all welcome Arcticfox as a mod, and I would like to thank him for joining the team!

Because his eXtra subscription was above supermod in the pecking order for which usergroup to display as primary, don't worry he still had the power!
