eXceem Children in Need Fundraising

A few eXceem members have suggested doing something similar to what was done with Red Nose Day, so a eXceem Children in Need Fund raising page has been setup.

Justgiving - eXceem Children In Need Fundraising Page

All donations are handled by the website Just Giving, which ensures the money goes to the Charity ASAP, and it saves me a whole load of work!

A target has'nt been set, but it would be good to hit the £500 mark!

Praj - you read our minds.

Freebiejeebies are offering a Nintendo DS Lite as a raffle prize.

for every £10 you donate through the exceem link to children in need you get one entry into the raffle.

The winner will be decided by Jon in some sort of mathematical way. So get your hands in your pockets people.

Re: eXceem Children in Need Fundraising

its 28%.

It's a grossed up figure that represents what the money was originally, before you paid tax on it. You're basically getting the tax back, that has already been paid on the money.

so get paid £100

pay 22% tax

get £78 in your pocket

add 28% = takes it back £100.
